The first step is to complete an online application by following this line, provide permission to pull credit (soft credit pull only to start), and upload your current proof of income & assets to our secure portal. You will create the password to that secure portal, and depending on how you’re paid, be asked to upload paystubs, W2’s, bank statements.
**If you would, please provide 2 years residence and employment history (remember your job title), a full month of paystubs, and all pages of all asset statements for each borrower, that would be appreciated. All of that is needed for a complete and compliant loan application. Screenshots do not work. We need complete, and official documents issued by third parties (your job, your bank, etc.)
Don’t worry! Should you miss a bit of data, we’ll task you in our secure portal after our review. We are human too!
